The halls are in regular use on most week days and consequently early enquiries are recommended to avoid disappointment. Weekends are typically less heavily booked.

Rates are hourly, for single events. The halls can be hired separately or together.

Discounts are available for regular weekly or monthly events.

The halls may not be hired outside these hours.

Please advise the booking secretary if you intend to use professional caterers since they will require sole use of the kitchen because of food hygiene regulations.

The committee has appropriate public liability insurance cover but cannot arrange hirers cover for specific activities which hirers might arrange. Prospective hirers are strongly advised to consider obtaining cover for activities with intrinsic risks such as the use of trampolines/bouncy castles and the like.
